Last night on the farm, Michael Fulmer and Steven Matz took the mound, and Travis d’Arnaud left the park.  Let’s take a look: Memphis 4, Las Vegas 3Matt Fox gave the 51s a chance, allowing 3 runs over 6 innings, but their Tennessee swoon continues.  Ruben Tejada and Wilmer Flores (who played 3B) had 2 hits each.  Jamie Hoffman homered.  Vegas has loss 5 in a row, losing a hold on their division lead. Binghamton 3, Harrisburg 2Logan Verrett struck out 7 in 5 innings, allowing just 2 runs and 4 base runners.  Chasen Bradford threw 2 shutout innings; his ERA is 0.73.  Jeff Walters is up to 32 saves.  Travis d’Arnaud was 2 for 4 with a double and 2-run homer.  Travis Taijeron was 2 for 4 with a double. St. Lucie 11, Clearwater 3Michael Fulmer went 6 innings, giving up 3 runs on 3 hits, with 4 walks and 4 strikeouts.  Cam Maron was 3 for 5 with 3 RBI’s.  Jayce Boyd was 1 for 2 with 3 walks and 3 RBI’s.  T.J. Rivera and Kevin Plawecki had 2 hits each.  Lucas Duda was 1 for 4 with a walk and 2 runs scored.  The Lucies had 13 hits, all singles. Savannah 6, Greenville 3Steven Matz wasn’t great, allowing 3 runs on 9 hits over 5.1 innings, with 1 walk and 5 strikeouts.  Tyler Vanderheiden, Paul Sewald, and Beck Wheeler combined for 3.2 scoreless innings out of the bullpen.  Jorge Rivero was 2 for 5 with a triple.  Cole Frenzel, Eudy Pina, and Dimas Ponce all doubled.  Jeff Glenn hit a 3-run homer. Brooklyn 7, Jamestown 4John Gant threw 5 innings, allowing 2 runs on 3 hits, with 3 walks and 5 strikeouts.  Gavin Cecchini was 3 for 5 with a double.  Patrick Biondi, Alex Sanchez, and Edward Rohan had 2 hits each.  Rohan hit a 2-run homer.  L.J. Mazzilli was 1 for 4 with 2 RBI’s.  The win bumps the Cyclones 1 game over .500. Johnson City 5, Kingsport 3Robert Whalen had another good outing, allowing 2 runs on 5 hits over 7 innings, walking 1 and striking out 6.  Robert Coles took the loss after giving up 3 runs in 2 innings, striking out 3.  Yeixon Ruiz and Joe Tuschak had 3 hits each. GCL Nationals 9, GCL Mets 5Yoryi Nuez allowed 6 runs in 1 plus innings.  Leon Canelon was 2 for 2 with a double.  Brandon Brosher homered.  Dom Smith was 0 for 3 with 3 strikeouts.
